Tournament Rules

Beyblade X Regulations - 6th Edition (November 2024)

Important Notice

By participating in our tournaments, you agree to follow these regulations. Violations may result in disqualification. The judge's decision is final.

About Beyblade

  • Only BEYBLADE X series officially released from July 2023 can be used
  • All judge rulings must be followed
  • Unauthorized modifications or cheating result in disqualification

Beyblade Checks

  • Only official Beyblade X series parts are allowed
  • Cannot omit parts or assemble in unintended ways
  • Disassembling or modifying official parts is prohibited
  • Parts with altered performance are not allowed
  • After presenting your Bey, you cannot change it unless judge allows

Launcher Checks

  • Omitting parts or combining in unintended ways is prohibited
  • Modified or disassembled official parts cannot be used
  • Parts with altered performance are not allowed
  • Judge can prohibit use of modified or defective parts

Stadium Rules

  • Only Beyblade X series stadiums can be used
  • Stadium consists of body and cover
  • Shoot area is the hole in center of stadium cover
  • Xtreme Line refers to rail parts fixed to stadium body

Shooting Method

  • Launch from 20cm or less above stadium body
  • Do not obstruct opponent's launch
  • Shoot position decided by rock-paper-scissors
  • Call "Three, Two, One, Go Shoot" before launching
  • Bey must pass through shoot area
  • Do not shoot while keeping Bey grounded

Battle Rules

  • Step back one step after shooting
  • Do not peer into the stadium
  • Shooting errors include: Bey doesn't detach, falls off, or shot outside area
  • Battle begins when all Beys touch the stadium
  • Do not touch stadium or Beys until judge permits

Scoring System

  • First to earn 4 points wins the match
  • Xtreme Finish: 3 Points
  • Over Finish: 2 Points
  • Burst Finish: 2 Points
  • Spin Finish: 1 Point

Davao Tournament Rules

  • Decks locked from first round until finals
  • Deck boxes must be left on designated area
  • Players can contest decisions before result is declared
  • Part changes only with identical replacements verified by official
  • Double entry: 6 Beyblades with no repeating parts across both decks
